Vanessa Alves is a professional, international make-up artist based in London with experience in the film, music, photography, wedding and advertising industries.
Armed with qualifications in make-up and fine art, Vanessa gained invaluable experience working with leading make-up houses such as Clinque and Nars. With this wealth of knowledge Vanessa began her 6 projects in fashion photography, film, television and award ceremonies. Her work is inventive, imaginative and above all versatile. She has mastered a variety of looks from glamour to gruesome and also specialises in body painting.

The trial run is designed to give you peace of mind as we can experiment with different styles of hair and make-up in the comfort of your home until you are totally happy. Trials normally last 1 - 3 hours. It may be useful to collect pictures for ideas and I can also help with suggestions.
I will arrive at your home or venue with plenty of time to prepare all the people required. The pampering I provide should help you relax before your big day and you will be confident in the knowledge that you'll look your very best.
